In a global event at Mumbai on 17th February, World Innovation Congress (11th Edition) felicitated Ansoo Gupta with the “50 Fabulous Innovative Leader” award for her commendable contribution towards building a sustainable future.

An avid traveller by passion and a communications and marketing specialist by profession, Ansoo Gupta is the COO of an Indian digital marketing firm Pinstorm.  An out-of-the-box thinker and a dedicated environmentalist, Ansoo has been working hard to help mitigate the negative impact of over-tourism that popular destinations have to suffer.

She founded OneShoe Trust for Responsible & Mindful Travels to educate the travellers about travelling better and to use travelling as a means to bring a positive change in the world.

Their signature event is OneShoe Travel Fair which is a two-day showcase of best and most ethical travel options available for travellers. This event is done in collaboration with the Indian government and large media houses and garners a huge footfall over the two days. Apart from this, throughout the year there are travel meetups, Earth Day and World Tourism Day events across the country.

Ansoo also hosts a weekly radio show that helps travellers explore a country in a way that makes them connect better with the destination.
